On November 13, 2024, Miami witnessed a historic moment as Ytech officially began construction on The Residences at 1428 Brickell. Poised to transform the city’s skyline, this 70-story masterpiece blends cutting-edge sustainability with unmatched luxury. Featuring 195 exclusive residences, the project is celebrated as the world’s first high-rise residential tower powered by solar energy, setting a global standard for eco-conscious living.
